The Difference between Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt

Six Sigma is a state of the art business management strategy that is devised to improve profitability and customer satisfaction of an organisation. This involves executing quality achievement metrics throughout the organisation to reduce as many quality deficiencies as possible.  The Six Sigma system uses the classical martial arts belt classification terminology to denote the different levels of expertise. These levels are then certified by Six Sigma certification.
